David is an Instructor for American Heart Association in First Aid/ CPR/ AED, and Basic Life Support (BLS) approximately 460 classes given since starting teaching in 2021. The AHA curriculum is complaint with OSHA and MSHA standards for First Aid/ CPR/ AED

Dave was in law enforcement for approximately 16 years and taught firearms and other subjects. Dave is a certified fire arms instructor with the State of Colorado and State of California Law Enforcement (lapsed)

Dave is a semi retired law enforcement officer. Dave then changed careers into a love and hobby, he got into the mining industry. Dave has been around mines since a little boy and loves the world of mining for well over 40 years

 

Dave joined an Underground Rescue Team, called Colorado Front Range Mine Rescue, for which he started teaching emergency response, Incident Command, First Aid and CPR.

Dave is on the Colorado Front Range Mine Rescue Team and current acting President and today is involved in assisting the State of Colorado (DRMS), MSHA, OSHA in Tech Rope Rescue, First Aid, Mine Rescue Training and assistance
